Health roundup: Just 3% in USA have ideal heart health

When it comes to heart health, that's how many of us get a perfect score, according to a new report from the American Heart Association. Everyone else has room for improvement because they have high blood pressure, high cholesterol or diabetes; they are overweight, underweight or obese; they smoke; they don't get at least 150 minutes of moderate physical activity or 75 minutes of vigorous physical activity a week; or they don't eat five or more servings of fruits and vegetables a day.
